Rule 53B
To be trained
(1) The ministry operating the service, group or sub-group shall coordinate with the training provider organizations and make arrangements to provide training for five working days or more to each civil servant at least once in three years.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), each office shall include the budget required for training in its annual budget and program.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
